By accessing jae9.net, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the jae9 platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jae9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and jae9. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jae9 platform and close your account.

jae9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of jae9 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms apply to all players accessing jae9 from Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other divisions and districts. Access to jae9 from outside Bangladesh may be subject to additional restrictions.

Use of the jae9 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jae9 enforces this requirement rigorously and takes all reasonable steps to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a jae9 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You are accessing jae9 voluntarily and solely for personal, recreational purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, employer, or entity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of an employee of jae9 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jae9 or had an account closed by jae9 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

jae9 may request age verification documents at any point, including prior to processing a first withdrawal. Acceptable verification documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid Bangladesh passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in the suspension of your account pending resolution.

To access the full range of jae9 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and payment functions — you must complete the account registration process at jae9.net. Registration is free of charge. Each individual player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (such as bKash or Nagad). You must keep this information current and notify jae9 promptly of any changes.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jae9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jae9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact jae9 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jae9 may, at its discretion, require players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC may require submission of a copy of your Bangladesh NID, passport, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. jae9 processes all verification documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

3.4 One Account Per Household

Where multiple individuals sharing the same household (residential address or IP address) register accounts on jae9, jae9 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to one account per household and to request additional verification to confirm the identities of all players at that address.

All financial transactions on jae9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jae9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported payment methods. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad transaction fees) are outside jae9's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jae9 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players:

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on jae9 is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits are displayed within the account settings panel and may be adjusted periodically. jae9 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures before processing withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, and card accounts may take up to 3 business days depending on the player's bank or wallet provider. jae9 will process approved withdrawal requests promptly but cannot guarantee delivery times once funds leave the jae9 platform and enter third-party payment networks.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method registered in the same name as the jae9 account holder. jae9 will not transfer funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Before your first withdrawal, jae9 may require completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Any balance resulting from bonus funds that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be eligible for withdrawal.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

All jae9 accounts are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied for Bangladesh players transacting in Bangladeshi Taka. The ৳ symbol and BDT abbreviation are used interchangeably throughout the jae9 platform to represent the Bangladeshi Taka.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on jae9 are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the point of wagering. In the event of any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed and valid once it has been accepted by the jae9 system and a bet confirmation reference has been issued to the player. Bets are not valid until confirmed. jae9 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from players suspected of advantage play, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software.

5.2 Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on jae9 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked and apply to that bet regardless of subsequent market movements. In-play odds on live cricket and football markets update in real time and are subject to rapid fluctuation during events.

5.3 Void Bets

jae9 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, the use of prohibited software or exploitation of system errors, or where jae9 determines that a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. In the case of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

5.4 Cricket Betting Specifics

Cricket betting on jae9 covers BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI series, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and other domestic and international competitions. Pre-match and in-play markets are available for eligible fixtures. If a match is interrupted or abandoned, markets will be settled in accordance with the official outcome declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI as applicable).

5.5 Multi Bet Rules

Multi bets (accumulators) combine two or more individual selections into a single wager. All selections within a multi bet must win for the overall bet to be paid. If any selection within a multi bet is voided, that selection is removed and the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. Minimum multi bet stake and maximum payout limits are displayed within the jae9 Multi Bet builder at the time of wager.

5.6 Casino and Slot Game Rules

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first qualifying deposit. jae9 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players found to have created multiple accounts or engaged in any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, collusion with other players to complete wagering requirements, or systematic exploitation of low-risk wagering strategies — will forfeit all bonus balances and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6.3 Bonus Validity

Each bonus issued by jae9 has a specified validity period, after which unused bonus funds expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are non-refundable and non-transferable. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms at the time the offer is made available.

6.4 jae9 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

jae9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not materially affect bonuses already accepted by players and in progress. Where a promotion is withdrawn before all eligible players have claimed it, jae9 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jae9 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account on jae9, whether under your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate outcomes on jae9.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or any form of wagering based on non-public information that could compromise the integrity of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players, jae9 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes on the jae9 platform, whether or not those errors are immediately apparent to jae9.
• Using a jae9 account to launder money or process funds on behalf of any third party.
• Accessing jae9 from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN software or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using the jae9 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as an agent accepting bets on behalf of other individuals.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jae9 staff or other platform users.

jae9 employs fraud detection systems and monitoring tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, jae9 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of legitimate players.

Either the player or jae9 may initiate the closure of a jae9 account. The circumstances and procedures governing each scenario are set out below.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your jae9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed, and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC verification. Account closure requests submitted as part of a self-exclusion request are processed immediately in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.2 jae9-Initiated Suspension or Closure

jae9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Underage gambling or failure to meet eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• An account being found to be a duplicate of an existing account.
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings.

8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Where jae9 closes an account due to player breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. jae9 reserves the right to withhold balances where funds are reasonably believed to be derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon account closure for breach.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jae9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jae9 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

jae9 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service interruptions (including payment processor outages), or circumstances beyond jae9's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability. jae9 will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

jae9 is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or device failures that prevent a player from accessing the platform, placing a bet, or completing a transaction. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection — including a reliable mobile data connection via Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk — before initiating any time-sensitive betting activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jae9's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jae9's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jae9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page at jae9.net/terms-conditions, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — jae9 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jae9 platform after any amended Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using jae9 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1. jae9 will not apply amended Terms retroactively to bets or transactions completed prior to the amendment date.
